There are many activities available at St Michael’s during the month. Some are repeated on a weekly basis to bring consistency and regularity to your life.
Our movement classes cover Pilates, Yoga. Other groups consist of meditation and healing on Mondays during the day and Thursday in the twilight hours. There is also story telling and personal development.
