- Postures that improve your flexibility, strength, and overall physical health
- Options are given to access postures in your comfortable range of movement
- Breathing exercises that reduce stress and anxiety to create a feeling of calmness
- Meditative practice and space for contemplation
- Some Yoga philosophy to deepen understanding of the practice being explored
- A sprinkling of sound (Vedic chanting/mantra) to create a feeling of peace in the heart
I offer weekly Yoga classes, individual classes, a monthly Vedic chanting group, workshops, and courses, in person and online.
