Learn to Move Your Chi

If we are beings of energy, which I believe we are, then surely, it would make sense to learn to move this energy around our body for health and well-being reasons.

Unfortunately, most of us, although we might be aware and believe that we are beings of energy, still don’t know how to use, move and maintain that energy being.

There are numerous techniques available to us to experience and feel we are energizing ourselves: yoga, conscious breathing practises, meditation, chi gong and so on.

I would like to bring to St Michael’s Sanctuary, a day for you to learn some chi gong based principles which you are going to be able to apply easily in your daily life. It is amazing how with a little knowledge we can really improve our posture, back pain, stiffness, digestion, release stress stored in our muscles … the benefits go even deeper than those just mentioned:

Imagine, feeling super calm, deeply grounded, spacious inside your being, profoundly anchored within … words simply can’t do justice to how moving your chi will put you in a wonderful inner space whilst maintaining your physical body (the vessel for your life) …

Try this for a few minutes:

Stand up, feet hips width apart, arms hanging loose, knees soft, head up and chin tucked in …

Allow your mind energy to slowly drop down to the earth … slowly … take your time, down your neck, your shoulders … arms … back … all the way to your legs and feet …

Allow it to even fall below your feet and sink in slowly and naturally into Mother Earth …

Well, after 4 minutes of this, you will feel like a completely different person and will remain stress free for quite a while …
