The intention of the sound meditation is to encourage the body to relax and come into sympathetic resonance on all levels with the sounds/frequencies being received, so enabling the body to come back into balance and harmony. I use Himalayan singing bowls, voice and crystal bowls to achieve this. I qualified with the British Academy of Sound Therapy 10 years ago and facilitate regular sound meditation evenings at St Michael’s as well as workshops for other organisations across the UK. I come from a background of healing, health promotion, training and development.
